The spectacle plate is a frame cut and processed from acetate fiber sheet. The characteristics of the board are that it is not easy to burn, hardly discolored by ultraviolet radiation, is relatively light, has high hardness and good gloss, has a more beautiful style, is durable, is not easy to deform after wearing, and is not easy to heat processing.
The material of the glasses plate
It is made of high-tech plastic memory board. Plastics are synthetic macromolecular compounds {polymers}, which can also be called macromolecules or macromolecules, and are also commonly known as plastics or resins, which can be freely changed in shape. The main component of plastic is resin. The so-called plastic is actually a kind of synthetic resin, its shape is similar to the pine resin in natural resin, but because it is artificially synthesized by chemical means, it is called plastic. According to the different physical and chemical properties of various plastics, they can be divided into two categories: thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics (resin). The plastics (resins) generally used to make spectacle frames are mainly cellulose acetate particles, epoxy resin, celluloid, and acetate sheets in thermosetting plastics.
Spectacle rubber sheet is also called carbon crystal frame (frame). It is manufactured by cold processing. It is fine, good quality and durable. Most of the brand sheet spectacle frames are processed by this kind of material; the performance styles are diverse, the colors are colorful, and they are medium to high-end The favorite of fashion brands; it is characterized by high strength, sturdiness, memory, and resistance to deformation. The way to distinguish sheet glasses from injection glasses is: there are cut marks on the temples. The acetate sheet used for the production of eyeglass frames is best made in Italy in the world, followed by Japan.
Operation steps of making glasses plate
1. Mirror frame adjustment: After the plastic frame and plate frame are heated with a heater, they can be adjusted by hand. Use flat nose pliers and nose bridge pliers to adjust the metal frame. The arc angle of the mirror frame is between 170° and 180°, which is the most comfortable for human body to wear.
2. Nose pad adjustment: Use round nose pliers to adjust the nose pad bracket to make the left and right nose pads support symmetrical. Use stipple pliers to adjust the stipules so that the left and right stipules are symmetrical.
3. Adjust the frame and temples: Use flat-nose pliers and temple pliers to make the position of the frame and the temples consistent, and the deviation of the left and right body and legs inclination angle is less than 2.5°. Use the temple pliers to bend the solemn part so that the opening angle of the temple is 80°~95° and the left and right temples are symmetrical. Bend the temples so that the length of the horizontal part of the left and right temples is basically the same as the length of the bent part, and the bending of the temples is also the same. The two temples are opened and laid flat on the table. The bottom of the left and right frames and the rear ends of the temples are in contact with the left side at the same position. There is no gap, which can be achieved by adjusting the inclination of the mirror body.
4. Mirror legs adjustment: The left and right temples are folded, the temples touch the lower edge of the frame, and the left and right are roughly the same. Adjust the straightness of the temples, so that the temples are placed on the desktop after being folded, basically stable, and symmetrical when looking upright, it can be achieved by adjusting the straightness or curvature of the temples.
5. Note: When the mirror surface is distorted, you can first unscrew the screw, remove the lens and adjust the frame shape with frame adjustment pliers to make it symmetrical. After installing the lens, the frame is not distorted, and then adjust the mirror surface to make it flat.
